GRP Hop-Over Configurator
Set the required full-bar footprint and obstacle clearance, inspect the assembly through 360°, explode the construction and generate an indicative configuration for technical review.
Check the finished dimensions. The tool adjusts entries to full grating-bar sizes and caps the footprint at 2,972 mm long by 996 mm wide. If your requirement exceeds these limits, send your original dimensions for technical review; the reduced configuration may not cover your obstacle.
Flush edge by design
The 4 mm yellow nosing is rebated into the grating surface. Its top leg finishes flush while its 38 mm return protects the full outer edge, avoiding the proud catch point created by surface bonding onto the walking face.
What the output provides
A clear dimensional summary, indicative component schedule and budget price excluding delivery. Submit the result to Vital GRP when the application, supporting structure and site conditions are ready for review.
Save your configuration
Use “Download configuration” in the tool to save your requirement. Check the dimensions and add your site photographs or drawings.
Send it for engineering review
The tool’s email button opens your email app. You can also open the saved text file, copy its contents into “Project details” on our website enquiry form, and attach your drawings separately.
