Evidence for your project
Policies & controlled documents
Find the company records for your procurement review and request the controlled copies your project needs.
Find the record your team needs.
Company policies describe how Vital manages its responsibilities. Select the relevant document for your supplier assessment, tender or project information requirements. Request a controlled copy rather than relying on an old attachment held in a previous project folder.
Quality · VGRP-16
Quality management, customer requirements, feedback and continual improvement. Use alongside the applicable quality certificate and project inspection requirements.
Health & safety · VGRP-18
Responsibilities, safe working arrangements, training and competence. Project risks, work methods and site controls remain specific to the appointment.
Environment · VGRP-31
Sustainability and environmental assessment commitments, including responsible resource use and waste management. Ask for project-specific environmental information where required.
Ethical conduct · VGRP-35
Ethical business conduct and anti-bribery expectations, reporting concerns and maintaining appropriate records.
Modern slavery · VGRP-78
Modern slavery and human-trafficking policy. Request the applicable company record for your supply-chain review.
Additional tender requirements
Provide your required document schedule if you need further policies or supporting records. This selection is a practical starting point, not a complete list of every internal procedure.
A controlled document has a clear identity.
Match the document to the decision.
Include the policy title or reference, your organisation, tender or project reference and any required submission date. If a questionnaire asks for a specific statement, send the wording so the appropriate record can be identified.
Record the revision and approval date on the supplied copy. Where your procurement process requires a current-status check, confirm it at the point of appointment rather than assuming a previous copy remains current.

Connect company policy to delivery.
Supplier assessment
Use the policies with relevant company credentials. The Assurance Centre links to the available audit and membership records.
Project planning
Translate the appointment into the required quality plans, inspection records, competence information and site documentation.
Technical acceptance
Review product evidence, calculations and installation details separately. A company policy does not establish the performance of a GRP system.

Questions about controlled copies.
Can I download every internal policy here?
This page identifies the available policy subjects and provides a route to request controlled copies. Internal procedures and project records are not automatically public downloads.
Which revision should I use for a tender?
Request the current controlled copy for your submission. Use its stated revision and approval date and retain the complete document. Contact Vital if your submission date or scope changes.
Does the modern-slavery policy replace every requested annual statement?
A company policy and a requested annual statement are different records. Send the specific procurement requirement so the appropriate response can be identified.
Can policies form part of a project evidence pack?
Yes. List the required company records alongside the product and project evidence you need. This makes the submission easier for your team to review.
Bring the evidence into your project review.

Tell us the product or system, project reference and the decision you need to support. Include a drawing revision or specification where available.
We can identify the relevant company, product and project records for your enquiry.
